Florida Boat & Yacht Owners, Boat Captains and Yacht Crew - Whether you captain a dingy, sport fishing boat, trawler, water taxi, yacht, cruise ship or any other type of marine vessel you should strongly consider taking a CPR and First Aid class and having an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) on board. If it floats and you have people on board you should have recent CPR & First Aid Training. Plus an AED is an essential part of every boat captain’s first aid medical kit.
