We are looking for, to start immediately
A GOOD PRACTICAL EXPERIENCED CHEF OR COOK, who need not be qualified provided he/she can produce three good meals a day for twenty guests and seven crew, and on time. This would be ideal for someone with a practical experience of cooking in a chalet or small hotel. We set up a buffet for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is a sit down two course meal with one alternate main course. Hors d'oevres are served at cocktail time.
